OUR HIRING PROCESS
We want to get to know you both personally and professionally, so we’ve designed a thorough yet transparent process.
From a brief video interview to more in-depth conversations, each step lets you showcase your unique strengths while helping us ensure we’re a great fit for each other.
1. One-Way Video Interview
Submit a short video interview so we can see your energy and get an authentic first impression.
2. Application Review
We’ll review your video interview and resume to learn more about your background.
3. Data/Portfolio Assessment
If applicable, we’ll request data to prove past performance and examples of your previous work.
4. Online Interview with Founders (up to 90 minutes)
We’ll dive into your professional journey, past experiences, and answer any questions you might have.
5. Online Interviews with 2–3 Team Members (~30 minutes each)
Meet the people you’ll work closely with, ensuring cultural fit and alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
6. Reference Checks
We’ll reach out to confirm your past performance and overall fit for the team.
7. Offer
If applicable, we’ll request data to prove past performance and examples of your previous work.
